Spline AI
Spline AI brings the power to the 3rd dimension. In other words, it’s a tool that lets you generate objects, animations, and textures using prompts. Like Midjourney or DALL-E, except that the end result would come in 3D.
As that’s the case with other generative AI tools, this one also lets you go beyond the initial result. So, once after the first prompt, you can continue chatting with Spline to modify objects, apply materials, add lighting, and more.
In addition to letting you do it “all alone,” the tool also comes with teamwork support. This, in turn, allows you to collaborate with your teammates so that all of you can watch your creations come to life in real time.
Finally, as we’ve noted above, you can also use Spline to create textures for your objects and instantly apply them.
As of September 2023, the service is still in the early phases of development, but it’s definitely promising. Check it out.

What are the key features? ⭐
- Create 3D objects with prompts: No need for some expensive and complicated software when AI can do the hard work for you. Simply ask, and you shall be served (with a 3D object).
- Edit 3D objects: After you get the initial rendering, you can further fine-tune it by continuing to chat with Spline AI. For instance, you can apply materials and add lighting, if you fancy so.
- Create textures: Plain 3D objects are nothing without a good texture. And so, Spline also lets you create textures with its tool. Again, all you have to do is describe what kind of texture you need - and it will create one for you.
- Teamwork: Spline comes with built-in support for teamwork. No need to do it all alone when others can chip in.
- Examples: If you're unsure what you can do exactly with Spline, you may want to check out some of the examples they provided. Some are really neat, and it's almost hard to believe they were made with text prompts.
