The popular real estate marketplace offers a fancy AI-powered feature, allowing sellers to create fancy listings with 3D home tours.

As an end user, you have to download the Zillow 3D Home mobile app to add virtual tours to your listing(s). Then, you will have to capture panorama photos and let the app do the rest.

The feature is free to use and will definitely give your listings a powerful boost. According to Zillow, these listings (with an Interactive Floor Plan), on average, receive 72% more shares than “regular” listings.

Further, 69% of home buyers agree a dynamic floor plan that shows what part of the home each photo depicts would help them determine if the home is right for them.

Right now, the service is limited to the sellers in the U.S., but chances are, at some point, it will be expanded to other countries, as well.
